Our school believes that summer camp is a great platform to introduce your preschooler to new activities and skills. Camp gives kids the chance to make new friends, learn skills, have fun & adventures, and get some exercise. It cuts down on screen time by getting them outdoors, indoors game and other encouraging active play. This is the reason we have exclusively designed our summer camp programs that focus on teamwork, coordination, self-confidence and learning and following rules.
Have a look at our summer camp activities and programs; we have divided our summer camp into two parts i.e. Outdoor Activities and Indoor Activities.
The outdoor games are both fun and educational for children. Outdoor games also improve their physical and mental strength. Our outdoor games includes: Hide & seek, Hula-hoop, Tug of war, Giant pick-up sticks etc.
By this activity we introduce kids to the nature, this build sense of caring in them along with that they learn importance of trees and nature in our lives.
A huge parachute is supported by a group of 5-6 children who then balance balls on it. This game helps in developing team-work among the participants.
A fun way of keeping children excited is by organizing a mini Olympics at the children summer camp. These games will include running, cycling and even a relay race.
Swimming pool games are the great way to add thrill, fun and adventure in the kid’s daily routine
Music and dance allow children to express themselves freely. Dance and music strengthen the connection between the body and the brain to work together as a team. Children develop coordination, balance and motor skills.
Keep kids engaged with fun and simple games that only require paper and pencil (or a couple colored pens). These games will challenge kids and keep them entertained for hours.
Building blocks can be really helpful in building your child’s personality. Semi-structured block play among preschool-age children has the potential to improve two skills - mathematics and executive functioning which is important to kindergarten readiness.
Entraining kids with cartoon movies is a great idea as it increases their imagination power, they build their vocabulary and they get to know more about the things happening around them.
Clay craft is a fun and interesting way to encourage a child’s imagination and creativity. Playing with clay also improves the fine motor skills of children, as they use their hands to mould different shapes.
Puzzle Kids takes learning seriously with a selection of drag and drop object puzzles designed especially for children. Each mini-game challenges your child to locate and manipulate shapes, solve jigsaw puzzles, and recognize how shapes fit into a larger picture.
Crayon rubbing art can be said to be one of the best summer camp activities ever. Kids love to paint with the help of their hands, and they are further provided with the beautiful shades of crayons as well.
